Although you are welcome to distribute tickets for your event, please be aware that our venue will remain open to the public throughout our regular hours of operation. Access to the venue will not be restricted to ticketholders, and ticketholders are not guaranteed entry if capacity is limited.

If your party has not arrived 20 minutes after your scheduled reservation time, it is considered to be a 'no-show' and your table may be given away.

For large reservations (20 or more people) the following additional policies apply:
- A $100 credit card hold is required in order to guarantee your reservation. Holds can be made in-person or over the phone. We will contact you to coordinate.
- Changes or cancellations to your reservation require 24 hours' notice -- otherwise, the credit card hold will be forfeited.
